Congratulating him on the recent successes of his and his wife's, saying that his own concerts the previous October and November were very successful (financially), mentioning Lachner's "Marsch," which he heard in in Fulda, reporting that [Ignaz Brüll's] Goldene Kreuz will be given in English [in England] the following February, that he has been asked to compose something on it for piano, etc.
